Form & Origin project is a research based on the Evolution of Technology of Japanese Ceramic, made in Japan in 2014. The result of is is a Timeline and Vessel collection.
The aim of these research project its to provide a practical fieldwork exchange of ceramic technology between Japan & Mexico. Adapting these knowledge to the local craftsman context and prepare for further ceramic technology research; focus on material research, techniques and processes.
These research project was supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency's fellowship program <Modern Design and Traditional Culture & Craftsmanship>, the Mexican Council of Science & Technology (Conacyt) and the Kyoto Institute of Technology.
